Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris)
Gokshura is a flowering plant with a long history of herbal remedy , particularly for its reputed effects on reproductive and urinary systems. It belongs to the Caltrop family because the fruits of this plant resemble cow hooves, its name is derived from two Sanskrit words: ‘Go’ meaning cow and ‘Aakshura’ meaning hoof.

Guduchi (Tinospora cardifolia)
It is a herbaceous vine of family Minespermaceae indigenous to tropical regions regions of india commonly known as heart leaved moonseed , guduchi or Giloy It is a large, deciduous, extensively-spreading, climbing vine with several elongated twining branches. It gets its name heart-leaved moonseed by its heart-shaped leaves and its reddish fruit. It is believed to help support a healthy immune system.

Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema sylvestre)
Gymnema is a perennial woody vine native to Asia Common names include gymnema, Australian cowplant, and Periploca of the woods, and the Hindi term gurmar, which means “sugar destroyer”.
